Starý a partner is a Prague based architectural and civil engineering office established in 2004. Its activity follows up the operation of the former design company Starý, which was active from 1993.

Our company offers close co-operation with the investor from the very beginning of the investment plan, examination of the site of the future building, identification (definition) of potential issues, ensuring processing the required surveys and studies. The follow-up processing of all degrees of the project documentation ranging from the Architectonic Study (Feasibility Study), the Documentation for the Planning Permit, the Project for Building Permit up to the Project for Building Construction. While processing the design, we ensure project management and coordination of all professions from the position of Chief Engineer of the project. Within our comprehensive offer of services, we arrange the permits required by the Czech laws and standards and complete engineering activities. During the actual building realization of the investment plan, we provide the author and technical supervision of the construction. Within our projects we emphasize the economical aspect of the actual design of the construction.
